On Oct 8, 2023, Fore Innovations entered the following memorandum into their records. This is an example of a completely inappropriate, unprofessional, and classless who has never earned their position from job performance or work ethic...and definitely not an "investor". Perhaps there is a better word for someone like this.
Worth noting...Oksana routinely calls herself a victim of discrimination. This is just another example of her self projection on others. Here is the text from the memorandum...picture follows.
MEMORANDUM FOR RECORD

Reason for Memorandum: Gross Misconduct: discrimination, harassment, bullying.
Tuesday July 18th, 2023, Fore Innovations was conducting an interview for a position in the Machine Shop. As Justin and Nikki proceeded with the tour of the company, Oksana followed behind into the Machine Shop. She was not a part of the interviewing process and did not have a work-related reason for being there. Oksana then walked over to Greg, another machine shop worker – while he was operating the machine and they were having a private discussion.
After the interview wrapped up -- Justin, Nikki, and Tom were reviewing the young man’s work history. Oksana interrupted the conversation with crude, derogatory comments about the new hire’s penis, eyes, and voice. She was making fun of him solely for his appearance and telling everyone in the room – “He had a small penis”. It was extremely hateful and uncomfortable for everyone present. Justin calmly asked her to stop making those comments, however, she ignored him and further continued to make fun of the new hire.
Later that week, Oksana came into the office and asked Nikki how the new guy was doing. Nikki asked who she was referring to and Oksana responded with, “The one with a small penis”. She had no concern for the new hire or anyone else in the room. That type of dialogue should not take place in any work atmosphere -- as it is considered sexual harassment and discrimination.
Shortly after this incident, Nikki had a conversation with Greg, and he admitted that Oksana was making fun of the new employee during that first interview on the 18th. When she approached Greg operating the machine, (which all employees know – they are not to interact with anyone at the same time as operating the machine. This is for their safety and prevention of property damage), Oksana said, “This guy looks like he has a small penis”.
Oksana knowingly violated Fore Innovations fundamental objective of promoting a positive, motivating, and safe environment. Her behavior has been disruptive, toxic, and distracting to other employees.
