26. Public Information

My divorce case is in litigation, so much of the case details are (and will be) public information. The final trial is scheduled one month from today. I'm grateful for this!

Oksana was fired from her position at the State Attorney's Office this past summer. As a government employee, her personnel file is public information. I've been asking for this file for over a year, and I just received it. There are obvious omissions that I'll address. (i.e. an incident was reported to HR that resulted in CID and deputies evaluating Oksana, but no documentation was included.) Nothing in the file is surprising to me...or to anyone who knows Oksana. The file is 200 pages and includes documentation that she lied, was defiant, lacked accountability, couldn't follow directions, and blamed others for her mistakes.

Her deposition is coming soon. She'll get a chance to take accountability for all the lies she's told. Stay tuned!!!
